Repairing antique clocks is a bit of an art in addition to being a science, and sometimes what we thought was cooperating and done requires a follow-up look. These are called 'call backs' within the shop, and the repair person responsible for the initial effort gets to these as quickly as possible so we can return the working clock to the customer and keep YOU as a satisfied customer. Sometimes, there are unique balancing and leveling issues and we (rarely) have to go through multiple efforts. All 'call backs' are free, of course, as you deserve to have a fully functioning clock or watch.
