DO WE GUARANTEE OUR WORK?YES! Watches with a complete overhaul are guaranteed for one year. Mechanical clocks with a complete overhaul are guaranteed for six months, unless otherwise stated. Replacement movements come with a two year manufacturer's warranty..... Do we always succeed in our repair efforts on the first try? Unfortunately, we're dealing with antique items here, either as clocks or watches, and they all develop their own quirks over the years. The state of our Tucson roads doesn't help in trying to get your delicate clock home!! Sometimes, we have to have another review and work through, at no cost to the owner, other than you having to make a return trip. These are called "CALL BACKS".
Repairing antique clocks is a bit of an art in addition to being a science, and sometimes what we thought was cooperating and done requires a follow-up look. These are called 'call backs' within the shop, and the repair person responsible for the initial effort gets to these as quickly as possible so we can return the working clock to the customer and keep YOU as a satisfied customer. Sometimes, there are unique balancing and leveling issues and we (rarely) have to go through multiple efforts. All 'call backs'are free, of course, as you deserve to have a fully functioning clock or watch.
